Order Additional Products per FTE

In the past we were required to license an entire department’s FTE count for additional products. Now we can license additional products in the quantity we need—and because it’s part of our EES agreement, we receive significant savings on these products.

Use the Microsoft Additional Product Enrollment form (.xlsx) to order additional products for the subscription period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. To be part of this initial order, order forms must be returned via email, arriving at DoIT on or before June 13, 2014. If you miss this initial order, you can order these products anytime during the license period. The license term for these partial year products will still expire June 30, 2015.

Detailed instructions and prices are included on the order form.

Remember, this order form is not for determining participation in the Microsoft Campus Agreement—the entire campus is already enrolled. The attached form is for ordering additional products.
