What will I use to hear and talk with my Soft Phone?
You will use a standard handset like the one on your phone now. The handset cord plugs into a converter box with a USB cable that plugs into your computer.
How do I answer, hang up, and put a call on hold?
The converter box has buttons for answering a call, hanging up, and putting a call on hold.
What if I want a headset instead of a handset?
Contact your manager.
How does the phone ring?
Soft phones produce an audible ring. At present, there is only one ring available.
