Canopy Service (Wireless)
- Departmental approval is required. Fill out a work order and submit it online.

- The building must be within 2 miles of the Holmes Student Center and within the line of sight of the Student Center.
- Permission of the owner of the building to install subscriber modules is required.
DSL Service
- Departmental approval is required. Fill out a work order and submit it online.

- Your combined location must be within 18,000 feet from the nearest Verizon Central Office and the NIU Central Office.
