Configuring Windows XP Home Edition to Connect to the Internet

Although Internet access through NIU is free, toll rates may apply for access. If dialing to NIU results in toll charges for a regular phone call, then such toll rates will also apply to dialing into NIU for Internet access. If NIU is a long-distance call for you, you may wish to consider purchasing Internet access service from a provider in your immediate area.
