Making Copies

NIU copiers do not take cash - Use your OneCard or purchase a copy card

All copiers have letter size (8-1/2" x 11") paper. Copies will be made on this size paper unless another size is selected. Depending on the copier the following additional paper sizes may or may not be available:

  • 11" x 8-1/2" indicated as LTR on copier
  • 8-1/2" x 14" indicated as LGL on copier
  • 11" x 17" indicated as 11 x 17 on copier

To select a different paper size, press the paper select button until the paper code you want is displayed.

Originals should be placed on the upper left hand side of the copier glass. Guidelines are marked on the area surrounding the glass.

If you get an error message, contact Huskie Prints. Common error messages:

  1. Add black toner
  2. Open front cover remove jammed paper

Only ITS Huskie Prints staff can take care of these error messages.
