Due to the unusually large amount of space (up to 44 MB) some Adobe CS4 users and specifically InDesign users may experience "sandbox" errors. These errors about not being able to create, configure, or open the sandbox are caused by the user not having enough room in their Home Directories to start the application. The user will either need to free space on the drive to make room for the sandbox or avoid using the application until a point in time when it can be reconfigured as part of the entire Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium suite destined for the ResTech labs. All users issues regarding Sandbox errors need to be adressed either via ResTech or the Helpdesk and trouble tickets should not be entered.
