This field is required for all users. Applicants must meet the criteria of Enterprise Systems Support when applying for authorization to use computer resources. Applicants are required to be Faculty/Staff, Retired Faculty/Staff, Graduate Student Employees, or Undergraduate Student Employees at Northern Illinois University. Certain Affiliates and Non-paid status individuals also qualify to use computer resources. A brief explanation of their association to NIU and need for computer resources should be clearly documented in the Additional Information, Comments, and Special Requests section.
